Embracing the Dark: Preparing for Solstice
Continuum is a deeply meditative practice that increases awareness by cueing the mind and body to slow down with audible breath and subtle movements. Continuum enhances our ability to rest into what is, to be in the Here and Now, and to be happier in our own skins. By reconnecting to what is alive in each of us with more empathy and compassion for ourselves, we may find it easier to perceive the same in others and then offer that gift out into the world around us.
