The theme for this workshop is the Origins of Movement - critical moments of evolutionary history that we carry today in our "primordial" anatomy - movement patterns of adaptation that can be resources for living in the present.

The Continuum breath, sound and fluid movement exploration sequences  give us the chance to focus on the process of self-regulation - how we meet ourselves in the moment to moment unfolding of life; how we learn to gauge what we need from deeply listening to our inner sensory world. Continuum offers a self-guided educational process - fresh and novel each time.

In this way, our personal understanding evolves. We come to know ourselves intimately, which leads to confidence in the decisions we make in this "magical mystery tour" we call life.
