The Ground That Holds Us ~ A Continuum Exploration
By attuning our awareness to our ongoing and deeply intimate relationship to the ground, we can experience it as a great and reliable source of support. We will explore this relationship through movement, sensation, breath, and sound, expanding its supportive presence in our physical bodies. This can help us to cultivate a profound sense of stability and grounding, and to deepen our connection with(in) the natural world.
