Prue Jeffries was often described as a pioneer and visionary of Women’s Surfing. She spent two decades traveling the world on the Association of Surfing Professionals World Championship Tour, now known as the WSL (World Surf League) where she was one of the world’s best athletes studying the wholeness of our biology through various experiential training and development approaches.
She has spent many years as a practitioner and guide supporting people to find greater well-being, self-awareness, and embodiment through her own approach she developed, as well as being a CMT (Certified Massage Therapist), an RCST ® (Registered Craniosacral Therapist), an Approved Teacher of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and a Continuum Teacher. Prue was deeply influenced by her consistent study with Emilie Conrad the years before her passing, she continued to take classes with Marcella Bottero as well as many Authorized Continuum Teachers, particularly Elaine Colandrea whose connection has been a source of inspiration.
Prue blends a refined kinesthetic sense, well-tuned focusing and perceptual abilities with experiential knowledge from her lifelong affinity with nature, water, waveforms, stillness, and movement that includes an understanding of the body from her professional surfing career and training in various healing, spiritual and body-centered approaches. She is informed by her extensive life experiences, a love of nature, and devotion to contemplative practices in order to guide and support people in reclaiming their wholeness and unity.
