Awakening our Energy Centers Thursday Class Series

In this three-week series, we will offer a sonic invocation to our cellular matrix, singing into aliveness our relationship with a greater flow of nourishment. Starting at our root and working up towards our crown, we will awaken our inner life force. By softening somatic constraints and the perception of separateness, we enhance our resonance with the exterior energy field. The potency of a larger awareness will be heightened as we connect beyond our personal experience. We exist in a universe where we are part of the whole. This engagement, this inclusive consciousness, will allow for the creative emergence of qualities such as empathy, compassion, relatedness, and love.
