Bowing into the Dark, Rising into the Light
With the continuing challenges of these times I'm inspired to offer this Continuum daylong workshop, Bowing into the Dark, Rising into the Light. This is a chance for us to Bow into the Mystery—the Unknown, the Not Knowing—together. We will rise into the Sky, the Light, as we are called by surprise, gifts, and the unexpected moving us in a field of sanity.
We will explore our fluid presence through various breaths, sounds, movement, and stillness using the motif of bowing into the earth until we are moved by the call to rise into the light. This way of playing supports us to arrive more fully in our skin, deepen our presence, and illuminate surprising new movement pathways beyond what we already know.
