Coming Home To Ourselves: A Continuum Exploration
You are warmly invited to join me for this Continuum session inspired by "The Seven Homecomings" as taught by Buddhist teacher and activist Lama Rod Owens.
In an embodied practice of returning to ourselves and of reminding ourselves of all of the ways in which we are being held and supported at all times, we will play with sound, breath, and movement in order to explore each of the seven layers of “homecoming” in a nourishing and centering dive.

The event takes place at the studio of Skinship - A Touch-Based Place for Kinship, in Berlin Friedrichshain.
