Jo is a Berlin-based facilitator and somatic explorer, with a background in the performing arts, sociology and gender studies, the social sector, end-of-life care, social justice education, editing, and interpreting.
After a decade of study and personal practice, Jo became authorized as a Continuum teacher through the CTA in 2022.

Jo's teaching and offerings are always a reflection of their attempts at making sense of things, and weaving themes and questions they care about into an invitation to explore something together.
Jo is interested in deep entanglement, mycelial and tentacular consciousness, restoring our relationships to ourselves/each other/the land/the more than human world, queer ecology, body-based spirituality, emergent strategy, active hope.
He has learned from many sources: from the countless wonderful teachers he has been blessed to have, from poets and movement magicians, from blind pigs and old songs, from activists and post-activists, from snails and whales, stones and oceans, from the newly born and the dying, from his queer siblings across time and space, from those who are smart with concepts and theories, from those who are smart with their bodies, hands, and hearts. They have all found their way into the landscape of what Jo does, feels, senses, thinks, creates, and shares today.
