Coming Home to the Body

“The primary characteristic of any fluid system is its ability to keep transforming itself.”
-founder Emilie Conrad
We are living in an era of profound personal and cultural transformation. The one constant that we all share is the body. Throughout the past two years, Nature seems to have been calling us home to tend the depths of our embodied wisdom.
In the practice of Continuum, we explore a universal language of biologically based movements that curve, pulse, arc and spiral within us. When we join with our fluid nature, we begin to experience our relationship and dynamic engagement with the larger world. The waves of the air, the waters of the planet, the rays of the sun, and the unfurling growth of plants are reflected within our resonating fluid bodies.
The benefit of this experience is often to feel a greater sense of belonging to the world, and with the experience of belonging, a sense of safety, ease and creative possibility emerges.
Our bodies are the heart of our shared humanity, and they carry the roots of our empathy, compassion, and inspired action.
