Continuum meets Osteo-dance Wuo Taï
Sylvain Meret Continuum teacher & Benjamin Labruyere Dancer, physiotherapist, manual therapist and practitioner of Osteo-Thai and Wùo Taï
We will combine Wuo Tai gestures with breaths, sounds and movements from Continuum to enrich our experiences and our understanding of the fluid intelligence running through our tissues.
We will explore the manipulations of Wuo Tai in dyads from the myofascial meridians, viscera and embryological motility, then we will revisit these bodily territories individually with Continuum, using specific sounds and breaths, which will allow us to develop a subtle listening to sensations and inner movements. Our intention is to offer a transversal experience that enriches both the therapeutic, creative, artistic or innovative aspects of our practices, by including different experiential sources. As a counterpoint to the fluid softness of these approaches, we We will offer more active and dynamic times (dance improvisation, movement, etc.) to allow the passion for movement and the inner fire to be expressed.
