Continuum Seminar: The Three Anatomies

In Continuum we describe three distinctions of embodied experience: the biologic/primordial, the personal/cultural, and the cosmic/energetic.  These distinctions are not intended to separate experience, but to highlight our ability to seamlessly move and shift attention between domains with awareness.

In this small group seminar we will cultivate an awareness of these distinctions of embodied experience through discussion and dives. We will deepen the inquiry with curiosity and ask, “where and how can the expression of movement in my life be enriched – in the personal, in the biologic, in the cosmic?” This broad awareness allows us to have an unexpected experience of the vast potential of expression of living creatively.

This participatory seminar is for those who wish to deepen their experience, understanding, and insight into the many facets of Continuum practice.

Three Sundays: June 13, 27, and July 11, 2021
noon - 2:30 PM Eastern time

Live Option:
$250 (includes 3 live seminars and 1 private session)
Limited to 12 people for the live Zoom seminar.
Commitment to attend all 3 live sessions required for registration.
Recordings will be available for 60 days for all seminar participants.

Recorded Option:
$150
Access to recordings can be purchased by people not in the live seminar.
Recordings will be available for viewing for 60 days after purchase.
