Each of us enters life, as we do each moment, as a process. We are influenced by all who have come before us, in human or other form.

Through the mindful somatic practice of Continuum, we discover a direct connection with our Cosmic Source, as well as our embryo fluidity, and remarkable potential available to us. This can be deeply healing, soothing, and regenerating.
