"The organization of fluid within the cells will determine the scope of its resonance with the larger fluid field of the planet and galaxy.

At this moment in time it appears crucial that we - as humans facing global, environmental, social, health and all other challenges to our world - develop a broader scenario for how we function and inhabit our existence.”
- Emilie Conrad

As little embryos in the womb, we are composed primarily of fluid finding its way into new formations in relation to context. Every cell in our bodies carries the memory and potential of that time of rapid change and growth we have all experienced. Continuum supports us in tapping into that fluid resilience, enhancing our ability to meet current challenges.

The face is a gateway to essential aspects of the autonomic (automatic) nervous system that enable us to be in relationship with each other in present time. Our Vagus nerve and what Stephen Porges has named the Social Engagement System includes all of the important muscles of expression in our faces, as well as nerves involved in speech, hearing, swallowing, and love. Yes, love. Quite possibly what our planet most needs at this time.

This 3-hour class is designed to support you in awakening your face, which may have a side effect of looking (and feeling) younger, as well as enhancing fluid resilience and health in general. As we enquire together into our original fluid embryological potential, we may also contribute to its availability in global relationships and the health of our Mother Earth.
