Although we live on land, we are water creatures. We carry the wisdom and memories of our ancestors and all streams of water.

The forms and consciousness we develop as we interact with life on land reflect the challenges we meet, but also can serve as portals to our fluid intelligence. Through Continuum, we can dissolve established structures and re-form them in relation to our original potential.

This 3-hour class engages the gentle breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum that can take us back to our fluid beginnings. We can re-source, emerging refreshed, rejuvenated, and even re-formed.
