How are you in these days of rapid change as we meet the challenge of a global pandemic, along with other issues? We are surrounded by unseen threats, like a virus, and other unknowns, like how will global warming affect us, how will our economy recover from the current stresses, etc. In these circumstances, it can take extra attention to calm our nervous systems and stay present and resourced.
Continuum supports us in mindfully meeting each moment, embracing what is novel and unknown, celebrating the mystery of being. The breaths, sounding and fluid movement of Continuum help us to slow down, be present, and discover new pathways in our bodies and our minds. We begin to perceive and experience life differently, with greater resilience as we return to our natural fluidity.
In this 3-hour class, we  practice together settling under the stresses of these times, even letting go of the restrictions and compressions of time and history as we dive into fluid spaciousness. We can emerge renewed, refreshed, often feeling softer, more present, more relaxed and more ready for whatever may arise next.
