New Beginnings ....... Creative Unfoldings // Nouveaux commencements ........ Déploiements créatifs

We are living in a time where we are confronted with a world that is changing in unexpected, and at times, unpredictable ways. In response, what do we need to feel sane and grounded, open and receptive, creative and joyful, in daily living? I invite you to join me on a journey through the movement we are, the fluid expression of our being, and the creative richness unfolding within. Drawing on a variety of breaths, vocalized sounds and fluid movement, Continuum prepares us for engaging in the world with presence, attention, vitality and creativity. Through this practice we may receive the sustenance we need to be in this world.

2 separate series:

Winter Series: 5 weeks: February 2- March 2;  $150 CAD
Spring Series: 9 weeks: March 30-June 1st (no class May 4) ;  $250 CAD
Join both series: $390 CAD

Nous vivons à une époque où nous sommes confrontés à une réalité mondiale qui évolue de manière inattendue et parfois même imprévisible. Face à cela, de quoi avons-nous besoin pour nous sentir sains d’esprit et ancré·es dans la vie, ouvert·es et receptifs·ves, créatifs·ves et joyeux·ses dans notre vie quotidienne ? Je vous invite à me rejoindre dans un voyage à travers le mouvement que nous sommes, l’expression fluide de notre être et la richesse créative qui se déploie constamment de l’intérieur. S’appuyant sur une variété de respirations, de sons vocalisés et de mouvements fluides, Continuum nous prépare à nous engager dans le monde avec présence, attention, vitalité et créativité. Grâce à cette pratique, nous pouvons recevoir la nourriture dont nous avons besoin pour être dans ce monde.

Série hivernale : 5 semaines:  2 février-2 mars ; 150$ CAD
Série printanière : 9 semaines : 30 mars-1e juin ;
(pas de cours le 4 mai) ; 250$CAD
Participation aux deux séries: 390$ CAD
