How is your heart these days? So many of us are holding unimaginable grief, hurt, and even shock in our hearts. This can be from our personal histories but also from current events.
Like all of the body’s tissues, our heart is moved by fluid dynamics, informed by our primordial origins in the womb.
When life is too much, our heart, like other tissues, can become rigid, tense, and less able to respond. Continuum returns us to a familiar primordial state, where we remember our fluid nature and its natural resilience. Life, with all its challenges, then becomes easier to digest and embrace.
Continuum is a mindful movement practice involving specific breaths, vocal sounding, and movement which re-awakens our fluid system, returning us to our primordial intelligence.
