~ Spine ~ A Spiraling Wave of Love Continuum Moving Inquiry

We are offering this virtual series again to further inquire into the movement we call “spine” as a portal into the heart and the home of a spiraling wave of Love.
Content and Dive Sessions: Each month we will lay out a dive and explore.
In the Process Session we share experience and the infoldings and unfoldings to refine and dive deeper.

We encourage dive time at home between classes with the sequences provided enhancing the excitement of discovery. Spending time layering (repeating the sequence again) creates nuance in learning to live from our interior fluid intelligence, and to listen to the body’s sensory language. When layering, we establish skills of creative versatility as we deepen undulating to innovate new and fresh ways of perceiving. Keep a journal for your primal sensory discoveries to share when we gather.
