Tuesday evenings • October 6, 13, 20 & 27 • 5:30-8:00 pm EDT • HYBRID

This 4-week series of weekly classes will tend the core of our Being by slowing down enough to pause and suspend in no-motion timelessness in the midst of the cultural swirl we are all in. We will gather and focus our attention inward with the nurturing embodiment practice of Continuum: playing with breath, movement, sound, and sensation to invite new ways to quiet and still our minds, bodies, and spirits away from their habitual tendencies towards perpetual motion and constant noise.

Where is your inner compass guiding you?

The practice of Continuum also encourages us to let go of any limiting beliefs that only serve to block our future good fortune and stop us from enjoying the exciting adventure of being fully alive in a human body. By letting go of any limiting beliefs we can then choose to risk pushing ourselves out of our known but boring comfort zones (before circumstances do it for us) and move through our fears of whatever is keeping us stuck. We will gain tools to work with the resistance or ambivalence we may feel arising from challenging our status quo habits and patterns, even when they no longer serve us.

These Tuesday evening classes are now HYBRID: In-person, in studio and online via Zoom.

Following Massachusetts guidelines, there are (8) in-person studio spaces available in the 1000+sq ft studio. Commit now to secure your space!

Because each class has its own Zoom link and password, advance registration is required at least 2 hours prior to class start time to reserve your online space.

Please wear comfortable layers of clothing you feel most at ease in, have a notebook to write in every week, and a full water bottle on hand.
