Living in a hyper-vigilant state there is no integration of life and in this state the sympathetic nervous system produces acid, the continuum of yoga helps to bring the bio system back to an alkaline state through parasympathetic rest and restore, sound, dynamic movement range and meeting yourself in a moment to moment direct experience. When we are in survival mode, the tissues of the body will not let go, we have to move into thriving mode to start to decompress…remember your body is made of liquid crystalline!
Sound arousal awakens the bio-field of fluid consciousness - allowing the system to recognize sound waves through the soft tissues of the body we can decompress, bringing greater permeability and space for movement.
When you only have practices that determines where you are going, you never actually get to know where you are and your own way of moving, sensing and feeling yourself. There are untapped resources in the Continuum of Yoga that are not found in regular cued and led yoga classes that can help gather and harness these resources for living an embodied life. Since the body is made of mostly water and all of its communications are fluid based, this way of considering practice seems to be the ultimate step towards transformative living.
