I was introduced to Continuum in 1996 by Susan Harper and Kim Brodey, after having worked within the body therapy field for many years as an Advanced Rolfer® And Rolf Movement Practitioner®. I studied with Emilie Conrad from 2003 until she passed in 2014, receiving my authorization as a Continuum teacher in 2005. Continuum made a shift in my understanding and knowledge following my extensive studies of the body with teachers like Bonnie Bainbridge, Peter A. Levine and Hubert Godard. Continuum provided "the missing link" — the fluids combining everything within.
I live in the countryside of Denmark on the coastline, with my two children and handful of grandchildren all living close by. My work takes me to the center of Copenhagen where I offer both teachings, and sessions, in my studio and clinic. In 2012, I founded and developed Fascial Flow®, a body movement based on my valuable experience working with the body. Motivated by love and curiosity, I continue to explore the body’s dynamic nature. As well as teaching in Denmark, I teach in Finland, Norway, United Kingdom and Spain.
