Bathing in the Warm Sea of Kindness
I have been steeping in "parts work," meaning I have been delicately uncovering the many protective, fearful parts of me that shape how I respond to overwhelm.
An insight emerged when I realized I can gently bring all these many reactive parts to the Warm Sea of Kindness that is my Inner Bodhisattva.
I have joyfully taken up the call to spend time in the Warm Sea of Kindness that I am, as I tend the painful knots of suffering accumulated through my human journey.
Maybe just swaying like kelp in the ocean with a particularly gnarled part of me.
Or maybe beholding, touching, inquiring into the fears and hopes of a resistant part of me... sensing how it might allow the warm sea of kindness to witness its intention for safety, and in that witnessing receive the understanding and compassion it needs to begin to soften and unfurl.
What better way to experience this loving watery witnessing than Continuum?
This class will include meditation, a little writing, and Continuum moving inquiry.
Will you join me?
