Between Time and Space

Dive in, slow down. Unstrained, breathing stimulation through minimal movements that enable physical and emotional encounters with oneself, question excesses,
stimulate multidirectional and enjoyable permeability and allow listening to idleness to become a resource and a new starting point - that is the strength of Continuum.

In this class we will deal with the concept and experience of so-called involutional movements and bodily 'suspensions' and how these can enrich our experience of body, space and time.

This class will again take place on site at the Somatic Academy Berlin and will be broadcast online via ZOOM.
