CAMP CONTINUUM: THE SUMMER OF SOLE

The Summer of Sole – Come to summer camp this July! Wednesday mornings July 12, 19, & 26 will be a 3 week "summer camp” series focusing on caring for our feet and legs. Come learn how increasing awareness, mobility, and strength of your feet will change your relationship to your whole body and can often solve chronic issues higher up in your structural form. Improve your sense of balance and confidence moving in the world! You will walk away with tools that will last a lifetime!

WEDNESDAY MORNINGS • JULY 12 - JULY 26, 2023 • 9:30-11:30 am ET • @ Community Yoga & Wellness Studio • 16 Federal Street Greenfield, MA

Suggested tuition: $35 per class/$90 for 3 class series. For each class, there is a suggested tuition. If personal circumstances might prevent you from attending, please contact Megan to arrange a rate that is affordable for you.
