In this Continuum weekend workshop we will be exploring the different stages of the embryological unfolding and connecting to this fluid potential field within our tissues.

Through Continuum breaths and fluid movement plays we will connect to different stages of this extraordinary fluid process, dropping into a resonance and opening up to the potency and vibrancy available.

Allowing ourselves to unfold in ways that open us to new potentials.
