Continuum Flow ~ Ongoing Online Class

Continuum Flow is an online class that is ongoing. The content of this class will vary week to week, depending on what is rising and relevant in the moment. Each class will offer a brief context and lay out of a dive followed by a dive ( experiential practice ). Some Continuum experience is preferable, but not necessary.

Class is offered by pass card or drop in.
