We are primordial beings, living in bodies that have been influenced by conditions of our lives. When we have experienced trauma, overwhelm or simply over-civilising, our tissues have adapted by becoming more dense and rigid.

Continuum supports us in dissolving what is held in our tissues, as we slow down, melt, and return to our fluid nature. In the process, we resurrect the amazing potential carried as a little embryo forming in the womb.

In this 3- hour class, we apply the gentle breaths, sounding, movement, and mindful awareness of Continuum to meet our conditioning, allowing the fluid streaming of primordial bio-intelligence to resume its flow.
