Exploring The Embodied Face

This workshop is a way to experience longer dives than we do in the Engaging The Movement of Life Online study group, and as an antidote to "mask culture." Our faces are deprived of receptive and expressive capacities during these times. We will be exploring the face, the tongue, the sacrum, the heart, the gut, the hands, feet, and more. This session will help to enliven your experience of your face as a portal to embodied wholeness.

The workshop is open to all members of my Engaging The Movement of Life Online study group, as well as anyone with previous Continuum experience.
