Finding Fetal Fluidity
Our first bodily movements begin as early as 7 weeks after conception, when the little embryo has been witnessed bending neck and rump sideways. Even before that, the blood is moving, eventually organising into a beating heart by the fourth week. Cells are migrating, pulsating, and intelligently interacting with their environment.
The fetus is a fluid being floating within a relatively private watery ocean, resonating with Cosmic and earthly rhythms. Our first movement occurs within that fluidity.
"From liquid pulsations come stable thrashings; little reflexes awkwardly begin humming; and from an atmosphere of oceanic waves a bud becomes a leg. As each limb becomes increasingly more stable, adjusting itself to its new atmosphere, a body image begins to sketch out ." - Emilie Conrad
Each of us has within us still the potential to remember and return to that original fluidity, even when it has become obstructed by life's demands and conditions
This 3-hour online class is designed to support your experience of your inherent fluid movement and resilience, reclaiming that original embryological potential to enhance your life and health now.
