Gathering our Natural Forces: Tending the Core of Being
Tuesday evenings August 4,11,18 & 25 5:30-8:00 pm EDT

This 4-week "summer camp" is a weekly series of classes designed to help us all take a much needed break this August to unplug and stop the over-load from "news." Instead we will spend time gathering and focusing our natural forces inward with the nurturing embodiment practice of Continuum.

Together we will play with movement, sound, and sensation to discover new ways to invite quieting and stilling of our minds', bodies', and spirits' habitual tendencies towards perpetual motion. The intention will be to tend the core of Being through a slowing to no-motion in the midst of the cultural swirl we are all in.

These classes are now HYBRID!  Following Massachusetts guidelines, there are only (8) in-person studio spaces available in the 1000+sq ft Community Yoga & Wellness studio. It is strongly encouraged that in-studio space reservations come with a 4-week commitment for participants' peace of mind.

To keep the experience personalized and intimate for everyone, online spaces will be capped at (15) for those who are not ready or able to gather in person and wish to attend from any geographical distance. Commit now to secure your space!

***Advance registration via email megan@somanautiko.com for your online space is required at least 2 hours prior to class start time because each class has its own Zoom link and password.

Suggested tuition:
• $30/single Tuesday classes August 4, 11, 18 or 25
• $100/all 4 weeks of camp if enrolled by August 4 – save $20!
For each event, there is a suggested tuition. Please do not let your own personal finances and circumstances prevent you from coming to class. Please call Megan to arrange a rate that is comfortable for you.
