This in-person Continuum experience will be held outdoors, about 15 minutes east of Boulder, CO.
*Exact address given after registration. There will be places to dive and be under open sky, as well as covered and shaded areas.

Please join me for a time of somatic inquiry, a time where we can slow down, and be, in the subtleties of nourishment. Together, under open sky, in the call of fresh air and bird song, we will dis-cover, un-know, let our curiosity and sensuality lead for the day.
