Continuum breaths, sounds, and movements increase awareness and allows us to settle quickly into a deeply meditative state. If our tissues are dense and blocked, we cannot easily rest into what is. In this series of weekly movement meditations we will call on the transformative power and artistry of water to inform and guide us into a deeper resonance between our own fluid bodies and the planetary waters and water-cycle that unites humanity and all of Life on Earth.
The movement and sound practices of Continuum allow us to sense what is truly alive within each of us and move our truths out into the world. Megan Bathory-Peeler and Elaine Colandrea will tenderly guide each weekly movement meditation in this end of winter into early spring series.
