In the beginning, we create our bodies guided by an inherent bio-intelligence resonant with universal Intelligence found everywhere in nature and the Cosmos.

As life unfolds, conditions also affect our formation. We develop areas of protective density. These interrupt the natural fluidity we arrive with. Our original embryo potential remains, waiting to be reclaimed.

In this 3-hour class we explore with the gentle sounding, breaths, and mindful movement of Continuum. We dissolve the dense places and patterning to return to our original fluid embryo potential. We emerge feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and even recalibrated.
