Our hearts embody the love and bio-intelligence that characterise our essential human nature. Through meeting the conditions and challenges of life on land, life in culture and society, with all of the potential and historical traumas and human grief, we may lose touch with this essence of love and fluidly creative resilience our hearts are capable of.

The gentle breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum easily return us to the inherent fluidity we knew as embryo, re-connecting us with an immense original potential for love, creativity, resilience, and flow. This is the focus of this 3-hour class.
