Returning to the One Within, A Continuum Movement Series

Now, more than ever before, is a time to co-regulate in peace with others. It is a time to find our Center within, to nurture the frequency of stabilization and peace from that Center and let it be the note we carry into our surround.

Higher vibration in the field entrains other vibrations to it within the surround, so that the instability that is occurring may be transmuted into Peace, Love, Healing. All of us can benefit from the energy within and around us being stabilized in peace. This is one way we can participate in the healing of our commUNITY.
