Somanaute Module 4 On Creativity

The intelligences of Nature work in the field of the living through an incredible creativity in the invention of forms, milieux and environments. The human spirit is also profoundly creator of forms, mediums and environments. Creativity is a fundamental and universal resource for innovation. This module focuses on playful interaction with our soma, we will explore our ability to perceive, imagine, dream, and innovate in our ways of thinking and doing. It is an invitation to explore the territories of our creativity to better discover ourselves and understand the essence of who we are fundamentally.

The context of these explorations is always generating a connection with the intelligences of Nature, and more broadly the conscious universe. We are creators and this is fundamental to the dynamics of our evolution. We will travel through different proposals on this module including movement, sound, writing, drawing, rituals of perception and exploration of the reality of the dream.

This module encourages the appropriation of the somatic self, the awareness what is alive, creating new resources and fostering the expression of our deep essence. It is about recognizing what nurtures us, experiencing transformation, creating a regenerative and creative environment.
