The spiral is a common element to all natural development and sacred geometry. From our DNA up we are sacred spirals. We will work with the spirals within and access the spirals that connect us out to the infinite for support and inspiration during these shortest days and longest nights of the years.
Continuum is a deeply meditative practice that increases awareness by cueing the mind and body to slow down with audible breath and subtle movements. Continuum enhances our ability to rest into what is, to be in the Here and Now, and to be happier in our own skins. By reconnecting to what is alive in each of us with more empathy and compassion for ourselves, we may find it easier to perceive the same in others & offer that gift out into the world around us.
These weekly classes are anchored by a group of committed explorers who always welcome new explorers with open arms. Think of carving this 2.5-hour block of time out as a personal weekly retreat or spiritual bath! Isn't it time to give your Self the gift of bathing in a pool of rest, reflection, acceptance, compassion, discovery, and inspiration?
The longer format classes of Continuum are specifically designed to create a time and space for you to explore what it means to be in a human body-mind. Breath, vocalized sounds, meditative awareness, visual imagery, and simple, biological movements will help you recover and restore sensation and increase the innate fluid movement responses of your body that get lost in the speed of modern life.
Appropriate for all ages and abilities. Anyone who was once an infant has an entire library of body-knowledge to draw upon. Bring your curiosity and an open mind, and you’ll have everything you need!
Please wear comfortable layers of clothing you feel most at ease in, have a notebook to write in and a full water bottle on hand.
These Tuesday evening classes are now HYBRID: In-person, in studio and online via Zoom. Following Massachusetts guidelines, there are (8) in-person studio spaces available in the 1000+sq. ft Community Yoga & Wellness studio.

Each class has its own Zoom link and password, advance registration is required *AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR* to class start time to reserve your online space.
