This in-person Continuum experience will be held outdoors, about 15 minutes east of Boulder, CO.

Please join me for a time of somatic inquiry, a time where we can slow down, and be, in spirals of nourishment and dis-covery. Together, under open sky and in the fresh air of early fall, we will dive into and let ourselves be moved by our own bio-intelligence.
