Start Again: New Beginnings Spring with Continuum
“A living organism contains a vast potential for innovation by containing an intelligence that can elicit new pathways to optimize internal life processes. What may appear to be frozen and dormant can throb with currents of life, all of it taking place within the profundity of a fluid recapitulation.”
– Emilie Conrad
Springtime is a time when seeds begin sprout, shoots pop up through the earth, baby animals abound, and we humans often feel a sense of hope and newness.
Continuum is one of the best ways I know to foster and orient to what is novel. In our practice we ask, “What else?” meaning “what else is present here?” or “what else is possible?” We seek what is unfamiliar, different from our usual habits and patterns that create and inhabit density in our body-minds.
This 3-hour class offers a spacious time to explore new beginnings in each moment in your body using the gentle breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum. You are likely to emerge feeling refreshed, renewed, relaxed, rejuvenated, and possibly delighted.
