Stone and River Thursday Continuum Class

In this 3-part series we will focus on our bones and their absolute and dependent relationship with our waters. Our bones, or we could call them our stones, are the scaffolding, the framing of our bodies. These stones have little inherent volition. They are guided and moved around in the sweet stream of muscles, tendons, and other watery living tissue. The resulting choreography is every changing and full of possibilities. Our dynamic fluid expressions increase as we awaken our presence and discover new ways of being alive. We become more adaptive and responsive to the ‘in the moment’ relational field.
