Sunday Monthly: Moving in the World Like Water / Nous mouvoir dans le monde comme l'Eau

Oceans, rivers, whirlpools and streams. Geysers, cascades, rainfall and mist…. How do the many ways water moves on this earth, teach us about our own being as a fluid body. In this series I invite you to explore a broad spectrum of fluid expression from oceanic waves to mist filled clouds. Undulations, meandering, pulsations, pouring, coalescing, dissolving, dripping, rolling, spiraling, suspension….
Engage in breaths, sounds and movements in various relationships to gravity.  Awaken the mutability, resilience and adaptability of your being.  Emerge refreshed, inspired, revitalized.  Continuum practice reminds us that we are a living moving species in resonance and connection with all life, informed by the movement of water.
