With the focus on the Embryonic Development of the unfolding heart we will explore the biodynamic movement practice of Continuum and discover the flow of connective tissue, blood, bone, cells, breath, sensations and thought that contributes to a deeply felt sense of openness and freedom in the heat of the world we live in now!
Outside of effort, demand, technique or competition we can find a place for our hearts to rest in the cradle of our own body.
