at Shalom Mountain Retreat and Study Center

This is a retreat for young adults ages 21-29. Together, we will provide a safe and loving environment, so that participants can be supported in meeting and moving through places of stuck-ness or stagnation and opening to their own inner wisdom and life force energy.

Participants will be supported in getting to know their bodies and being from the inside out, dropping deeper into a somatic experience of themselves.

We will weave a rich experience of connection, resourcing, support, and possibilities of discovery for all who attend.
