You are warmly invited to join me for this Continuum session inspired by "The Seven Homecomings" as taught by Buddhist teacher and activist Lama Rod Owens.

In an embodied practice of returning to ourselves, and reminding ourselves of all of the ways in which we are being held and supported at all times, we will play with sound, breath, and movement to explore each of the seven layers of "homecoming" in a nourishing and centering Continuum dive.
