In-2-Me See, a Continuum based body and life exploration…

In this four week virtual Continuum series we will use breath, sound, and attention to inquire into and foster intimacy with, the life energy that we are.
Together, in our shared supportive field, we will dare to explore the parts of ourselves that are not yet seen.  Underneath the mask of habit lies a gateway to freedom of being/expression.  
Each a uniquely beautiful shade of One, we will be moved, opened, known.  

We will meet August 31st, Sept 7th, 14th, and 21st from 9:00am-11am MDT.

Join us from the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose to be, wrapped in our mutual field of intention and care.
