Restore — a half day Continuum workshop

In this half day workshop we will open ourselves to the abundance of nourishment that is in our own depths, just waiting for us to drink it in.

Just like the tiny seed that gains strength through it's time of depth and quiet in the soil, we too can consciously let ourselves incubate in the soil of our own being.   Here, natural restoration can unfold.
