The Soul of Continuum Apprenticeship Program is an in-depth process which supports and explores the nuances and challenges of establishing a deeper Somatic Movement practice and opens doors to sharing Continuum with others.
As a dedicated group, we will delve into the values and principles of Continuum to fold into daily life and focus on developing an intimacy with the ways Continuum approaches breath, sound and movement.
All 3 teachers have directly studied for decades with Continuum's founder, Emilie Conrad.
