This Moment, Movement
In this six week virtual Continuum series we will take a fresh look each week at what's possible.
Life and all that's going on in our shared world can feel overwhelming at times.When we slow down to notice one single breath, one single moment, we have a new access point to what movement is possible now, maybe that has never been before.
Each week when we meet, you will be invited to be with what’s arising for you in present time.Together, we will call to and listen in, with openness, to our life force, letting it inform and move us.
